Ingredients

    1.5 cup GOYA Chick Peas (Garbonzo Beans)
    1.5 cup Hunt's Diced Tomatoes 100% Natural 1/2 cup - 3.5 servings
    16 oz Dole Baby Spinach Salad
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    Salt Free Spice
    Red Pepper Flakes
    Lemon Pepper

Tips

Top with croutons or sprinkle with cheese substitute. Serve warm or cold. Add a favorite veggie for variety.


Directions

Liquid comes from 2 cups of water used to wilt the spinach and the liquid contained in the Hunt's Diced Tomatoes. Add water or broth to increase liquid.
