Ingredients

    4 cup, sliced Zucchini
    4 oz Onion, sweet, raw
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    3 oz Tomato, ripe, raw, per slice
    16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    3 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded

Tips

I like to stand over zucchini, while it browns and turn each piece over till all is browned add onion to brown as well.
