3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup)
Tips
Serve with salsa, tomatoes, or fresh fruit
Directions
In a bowl, mix 3 raw eggs, 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream, and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. Add salt and pepper to season. Pour into heated small pan and cover on medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes. Remove lid and turn to brown on other side. Serve topped with salsa or fresh tomatoes.
