Ingredients

    16 oz Venison ground
    2 cup Canned Tomatoes
    .5 cup Hominy
    onion raw (2 cups chopped)
    2 tbsp Coconut Oil
    0.5 cup Snow Peas, fresh
    1 Tbsp dried oregano
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    dash or two cayenne pepper
    2 cups water
    2 cup Beet greens, fresh

Tips

To boost your fat add olive oil at the table.


Directions

Brown meat and onions in coconut oil. Add spices, tomatoes ,beet greens, hominy and water. Heat to a simmer for 10 minutes. Add snow pea and cook another 2 minutes. Serve.
