Ingredients

    1 large 5-grain baguette
    6 oz. fat free deli turkey breast
    2 Tbls. chopped black olives
    4 med. slices tomatoes
    1/2 c. sliced green peppers
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    10 sour pickle chips
    10 banana pepper strips
    1/2 c. shredded iceburg lettuce
    1 or 2 Tbls. fat free Kraft Mayo
    1 Tbls. spicy brown mustard
    Salt, pepper & rice wine vinegar

Directions

Cut baguette almost through and flatten on board. Spread both sides with mayo & mustard. Add turkey then layer remaining ingredients ending with lettuce. Add salt & pepper if desired and lightly sprinkle with rice wine vinegar.
Cut in half and have 1/2 for lunch each day.

I always buy mine at Publix but you can make them. They make the best lunch. Even though they are HUGE they only have 277 calories!!
