Ingredients

    2 medium bananas, just barely ripe
    1 cup strawberries*
    1 cup blueberries *
    .5 cup raspberries *
    2 Tbsp unsweetened cashew or almond milk
    4 Tbsp chia seeds
    .5 tsp cinnamon

    *Use whatever berries you like best. If using frozen berries, thaw first.

Tips

Makes a great pre- or post-workout snack! I like to make this in the evening and have it for breakfast and snacks the next day!


Directions

Blend bananas, berries, and milk in food processor until smooth. Add chia seeds and cinnamon, blend until mixed. Transfer to airtight container and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Will keep 3-4 days in the fridge.
