Ingredients

"Noodles"
4 oz softened cream cheese
2 eggs
2 cups shredded mozzarella, reduced fat
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Meat Sauce-
1 pound 93/7 ground beef
2 10 oz cans fat free cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup light sour cream
Directions
"Noodles"
Preheat oven to 400. Line a 9x13 lipped cookie sheet with foil. Grease foil well. Mix softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Stir in cheeses. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes. Let sit until cool enough to handle, then place in refrigerator, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Peel foil from noodle sheet and place on cutting board. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 1/2 inch x 2 inch strips. Set "noodles" aside.
Brown hamburger in large pot. Drain off fat. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano. Heat to simmering and gently stir in "noodles". Immediately remove from heat, cover, and let sit a minute or two.
Just before serving stir in sour cream.
