Ingredients

    Two cucumbers with peel
    one medium red oinon
    5 medium red tomatoes
    2 avocados
    1/4 cup jalapeno pepper.
    one can of tuna packed in water
    one cup lemon juice
    8-10 tbsp of fresh cilantro

Directions

Chop everything up and break up tuna into small pieces. mix together and pour on lemon juice. Let this salad marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours. This is the most flavorful, delicious and low calorie salad I have ever tasted. You may substitute shrimp or any other fish for the tuna, and it will taste just as good.
