Ingredients

    1.0 small Onions, raw
    10.0 gram(s) SSB Rapeseed Oil
    1.0 serving(s) Knorr vegetable stock pot
    350.0 gram(s) SSB Park Mince lean
    400.0 gram(s) Branston Baked Beans
    230.0 Grams Canned Tomatoes
    1.0 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar

Directions

Cook onions in low oil (or low fat spray) for 5 minutes until softened, adding a splash of vegetable stock if needed to prevent it from sticking. Cook mince and add into onion mixture. Also add in baked beans, chopped tomatoes and remaining stock season and see simmer for 5 minutes. Decide what potato topping you want, prepare these and add to top of pie mix (ideas: sliced potato, Mash potato) Cook in oven for minimum of 25 minutes, until it's hot all the way through
