Ingredients

    180 gram(s) Corn on the Cob, Sweet Corn, Medium Ear
    2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    0.25 tsp Lawry's Season Salt (by MLMC69)
    1 clove Garlic
    1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted

Directions

Cut corn off the ear (2 medium ears)
Chop jalapenos and onions
Saute in vegetable oil with garlic
Add butter toward the end for flavor
Add season salt for taste.
