Ingredients

10 oz grass fed Ground Beef
1/3 cup crushed Pork Rinds
1 large Egg,
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
.5 tsp Salt
4 slices Bacon, nitrate free ( i use apple gate )
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, fresh grated
Tips
serve with pesto sauce for low carb treat , or serve with a tomato dipping sauce ..
Directions
Pre heat oven to 340F
line a baking dish with foil if you'd like for easy clean up.
Slice bacon in small pcs.
Crush pork rinds to make a 1/3 cup
Add Beef, pork rinds, spices and cheese and eggs and bacon and mix well
roll meat balls in your palms ( i use a heaping tablespoon).
and place in baking dish
refrigerate for 30 mins before cooking
back for 45-50 mins ( until bacon is cooked )
Serving Size: 20 small bit size meat balls .
