Introduction
No cream cheese, no fancy flours or protein powders, just simple bread that makes yummy garlic bread!! No cream cheese, no fancy flours or protein powders, just simple bread that makes yummy garlic bread!!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients
-
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw, separated
0.25 tsp Cream Of Tartar
2 tbsp Peanut powder - Jif
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
Tips
See instructions for tips. If you don't have powdered peanut you can use peanut flour or another protein source such as cheese! (like a low carb yummy knock off of red lobster biscuits). You cannot taste the peanut powder.
Directions
Whip white eggs with tartar on high until stuff peaks form (whip the tar out of them like they're your ex's face!). Combine other ingredients in separate bowl. Gently fold together. Grease a 5x9 load pan and bake at 300* for 60mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Loaf WILL deflate!! Do not be alarmed! Suggestions say to use a bit of vinegar in the loaf to combat the egg flavor. Once you get a smidge of olive oil and garlic powder, then toast, you won't notice the egg!
Serving Size: Makes 8 thick pieces, or 12 normal pieces
Number of Servings: 8
