6.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
1.0 cup Milk, 1%
2.0 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 250
Whisk eggs, sugar and melted butter until blended.
Add flour alternatively with milk in 3 additions, whisking to blend after each addition.
Whisk in baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
