Has a nutty sort of flavor.This is a great recipe for your Bread Machine. The picture is an actual picture of the bread I just made. You can make all your favorite sandwiches with this bread. I like it toasted with cream cheese spread on it. Yum!!

Ingredients

3/4 cup warm water
1 packet INSTANT Yeast (Must use the Quick Rise/Instant kind)
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
3 Tbsp Splenda or Equal
2 large Eggs, fresh, whole, raw
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup + 2 Tbsp Vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
4 tbsp Soy Flour
4 tbsp Coconut flour
Directions
For Bread Machine:
Place ingredients in bread pan using the instructions for your machine (usually liquids first followed by dry ingredients. For settings choose "Normal" for a complete cycle. Then choose large or 1.5 lb loaf setting And then choose medium or light crust (I prefer medium). After the bread completes the last knead cycle remove the paddle so the bread doesn't have any holes baked in to it.
To Bake in Oven:
Make on dough setting in Bread machine. Remove dough from machine and place in a greased/oiled bread pan. Let rise in a warm place. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes.
