Ingredients

    16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    4 medium Carrots, raw
    1 medium Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .5 cup White Rice, medium grain
    2 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Italian herbs
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Lime Juice
    .5 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen

Directions

Bring veggies, chicken, spices, and rice to boil then simmer (med-low) for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Stir in lime juice.
