Ingredients

    Dressing
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    1 TBS Olive Oil
    1 TBS Red Wine Vinegar
    1 TBS Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1 Garlic Clove minced
    1/2 tsp Honey
    Dash of pepper

    Salad
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    1 head of Romaine lettuce choped
    1 tomato quartered
    4 pepperocini pepper
    1 small cucumber sliced
    2 oz low fat feta cheese
    several springs of dill chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper sliced into rings
    8 calamata olives

Directions

Combine all dressing ingredients except salt and pepper; mix well. Season
to taste with salt and pepper if desired; let stand 5 minutes. Combine all
salad ingredients in large bowl; toss with dressing
