Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour 1.25 Cups (1 cup for thinner pancakes!)
Splenda 2 Packets (Which I believe is 4tsp)
    Baking Powder 2 tsp
    Egg 1 Beaten
Peaches Canned in Extra lite Syrup (I used the kind sweetened with splenda from Walmart) Approx 2 cups (I used the whole can BLENDED in my blender)
    Canola/Veg oil 1tsp
    Cinnamon 1tsp

Directions

Drain the peaches from the can into the Blender and Blend for just a few seconds. Depends on if you like larger pieces of peach.

In your bowl, mix your beaten egg, milk, oil and peaches. And then add your cinnamon, baking powder, splenda, whole wheat four.

From there, cook as usual. :) ENJOY!!
