Ingredients

    1.5 cup Quaker Oats 100% Whole Grain Quaker Oats - Quick
    1 serving(s) Vanilla Protein powder
    1 tsp Salt
    0.65 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
    1.75 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 cup Milk, 1%
    2 serving Pumpkin-Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin (1/2 cup)
    41 tsp Splenda
    0.25 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    6 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    0.25 tsp Ginger, ground
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Mix 1.5 oats, protein, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon together. Then mix milk, pumpkin, eggs and 0.5 Splenda together. Add oat mixture to milk mixture. Pour half into a greased 8 x 8 dish. Next grind the rest of the oats until they are a course flour. Then mix them with cinnamon, brown sugar, and 0.25 Splenda together and spread them over the mixture in the baking dish. Pour the rest of the milk and oat mixture. Finally mix remaining Splenda and cinnamon with ginger and sprinkle over the top. Bake 350 oven for 45 minutes Serving Size: 8 bars
