Ingredients

    3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    .33 stick Butter, salted

Directions

Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
Peel & thinly slice the potatoes. Add to melted butter.
Thinly slice onion. Add to pan.
Stir well.
Salt and pepper to taste..
Cook on medium til potatoes start to brown. Stir frequently.
Lower heat and cover. Stir occasionally.
Once potatoes are done. Remove lid and turn up heat. Stir carefully.
Done
