    1.5 cup parade cream of chicken soup
    10 oz Chicken, Premium Chunk, White (Tyson) 12.5oz can (by IRONMANX)
    .5 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    1 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    0.25 tsp 1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt (by BLUEBIRDNANNY)
    0.25 tsp Jane's mixed up pepper
    .25 tsp Sage, ground
    .0125 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    .5 serving Fleishmann's, Fleishmann's Original Soft Spread, 1 Tbsp
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

9 you can cook this in slow cooker as well. Great for over dumplings, toast, potatoes, etc.


Directions

saute onions and garlic in fleismann's margarine in large kettle. add rest of ingredients. bring to a boil and then simmer for 1/2 hour.
