Ingredients

6 oz Chicken Breast, boneless & skinless
1/2 medium Red Bell Pepper
1 Jalapeno Pepper
1 cup Kale
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Lettuce
1 medium roma Tomato
2 tbsp Onion, chopped
1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Kraft)
2 tbsp Catalina Fat Free Dressing (Kraft)
1 (1.13 oz) single serving bag of Doritos (any flavor)

Directions
1. Chop chicken breast and both peppers and saute in a skillet until chicken is almost cooked through. Add salt free store bought or homemade taco seasoning along with water and cook until water is absorbed.
2. In the meantime chop kale, spinach, lettuce, tomato, onion and add to a large bowl. Add in cheese and dressing and toss to combine.
3. Add ingredients from skillet when done to the top of the salad. Crush doritos on top and enjoy!
