2 cup Goya Black Beans
2 cup Beans, red kidney
1 cup Libbys Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
1 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
2 tbsp Garlic powder
3 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
2 tbsp Cilantro, dried
1.4 gram(s) Badia Onion Salt 1/4 Tsp (1.4g) (by WILD2003)
.25 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers
1 can (10.75 oz) Chicken Broth
Tips
Use a crock pot liner for easy clean up.
Directions
1) Add all veggies and spices into crockpot pot and cook on high for 3 hours.
2) Add cooked canned chicken and additional spices for taste for 1.5-2 hours on high.
NOTE: If using uncooked chicken breasts either add them ad the beginning and cook on low for 8-9 hours, or cook them first in the oven then add them in the last 1.5-2 hours
Serve with your choice of shredded cheese, fresh cilantro, lime juice, or sour cream
