Ingredients

300 grams Carrots, raw
300 gram(s) Parsnip, raw, sliced (by DKRIER)
1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
500 gram(s) British Lamb Steak - Lean Trimmed of Fat (by WEEKSIENZ)
2 serving Knorr Lamb Stock Cubes p/cube (by SHTEFFEH)
1000 mL Water, tap
700 gram Potatoe Raw (by MUMNPETS)
2 serving Bay leaves dried (serving size 1 leave) (by BMAKEDA)
5 gram Herb - Thyme, Dried Ground (1 tsp) (by SNCNFC)
1 tsp Parsley, dried
1 dash Salt
5 dash Pepper, black
1 serving Olive Oil: Kroger, Pure Olive Oil, 1tbsp/serving
Directions
Trim meat of fat
Heat oil in casserole dish, add lamb and brown on both sides. Set lamb aside, add carrots onion and what other veg you choose, I added parsnips but the recipe doesn't mention them. Stir them over the heat for a couple of minutes then add herbs and place the lamb in again pour over stock, not too much between 750 and 1 L until veg just covered. Season to taste.
Cover casserole dish bring to boil then return to simmer for about 45 minutes.
Add potatoe slices in a layer on top and simmer for around 20 minutes.
Can sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
