Introduction

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add to pot with : chicken broth, 6 cups of water, chopped carrots [about 4], onion or onion powder, celery, parsley, garlic powder, pepper. Bring to boil and cook till chicken is done.
Mix in bowl: egg whites, cottage cheese,bit of water, salt & flour. Crumble noodles and add to pot. Bring to boil. Drop in dumplings, and keep covered. Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Ingredients

    2 or 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 box / about 4 cups of chicken broth..I sometimes make mine with soup base
    2 tbs chicken flavoring [oxo cubes, etc..]
    about 4 carrots, chopped
    1 tsp onion powder or small onion
    3 celery ribs diced
    1 pkg noodles [roman - whatever is on hand]
    1 tbsp parsley flakes or fresh chopped
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    black pepper
    table salt
    3 egg whites or whole-just adjust calories
    1% cottage cheese
    1 cup flour


Directions

Very good. Be prepared to make more dumplings each time you warm up the leftovers.. I usually make this with whatever I have on hand, you needn't be too picky on the brands..
