Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless beef loin or sirlion steak
    3 tablespoons lite or regular soy sauce
    2 tablespoons Sesame Seed
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon water
    1 teaspoon ground ginger
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    2 green onions, sliced

Directions

1. Place steak in freezer for 20 minutes. Cut lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick strips.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a self closing bag. Add steak, rotate to mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Remove steak from marinade. Thread steak in zig zag fashing onton skewers. Grill over medium high heat or broil 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.
