Introduction

Quick meal for crockpot. With sweet potatoes, chickpeas and black olives. Quick meal for crockpot. With sweet potatoes, chickpeas and black olives.

Ingredients

    1.5 lb Lamb, Cubed
    100 grams Olives, black, canned (small-extra large)
    1 cup Chickpeas (can, drained and rinsed)
    250 grams Sweetpotato, fresh, cubes


Directions

Diced potatoes. Mix with chickpeas and olives. Add to the crockpot. Add 1/8 cup of water. Cover the veggies with the lamb. Add the Tamarind BBQ (KFI) sauce (not in calculation) Cook on crockpot for 6-8 hours at low temperature.
