Ingredients

    1 cup Heinz Reduced Sugar Ketchup
    1/2 cup Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp Deli Brown Mustard
    2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Molasses
    1/2 cup Splenda

Tips

Best when broiling or baking your protein. (Not suitable for using in a slow cooker) You also can substitute a clove or two of minced garlic if you don't have children that refuse to eat "chunky" garlic.


Directions

Combine all in bowl and add protein. Let sit several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Best when broiling or baking your protein. (Not suitable for using in a slow cooker)
