Ingredients

    12 oz Albacore Tuna Fish in Water
    1 cup Light Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup Sweet Pickle relish

Tips

I add sweet pickle relish to reduce the fishy taste. You can use Apple Cider or any other Vinegar instead


Directions

rinse in cold water, squeeze all liquid until tuna is dry
mix all ingredients thoroughly
may add onion, diced
salt and pepper/season to taste
serve on a bed of lettuce (1 coup)
