Ingredients

    1 cup Flour, white
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Ginger, ground
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    .25 cup Molasses
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    .125 cup 2 % KROGER MILK REDUCED FAT
    .33 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt

Directions

Blend all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into greased, or sprayed, loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or when tester comes out clean.

Serving Size: If made in regular size loaf pan, not very tall. makes 12 slices
