    20 oz Baby Carrots
    400 Grams (15 oz) Parsnips
    140 Grams (5oz) Cauliflower, raw

Directions

Cut vegetables and place on baking sheet Drizzle with olive oil Roast at 450 for 30 mins or until tender. Rotate halfway through.
