Introduction

Ingredients

1/4 cup Promise Cardiologist Endorsed Marg.
4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 wedges Laughing Cow creamy lite swiss cheese
1 1/2 cups 1% milk
3/4 cup Fat Free 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 cup Kraft reduced fat Parmesan Grated cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white or black pepper
1/2 tsp Basil
1 tsp chopped garlic
3/4 cup frozen peas
2 slices of Proscioutto Ham
4 ozs of cooked Boneless skinless chicken breast.
Directions
Cook Whole Wheat Pasta seperately , and drain
Cut up Proscioutto into small pieces, add peas, set aside
In a seperate pan
Melt Margarine, then add cream cheese, swiss wedges, sour cream, Fat free 1/2 and 1/2. and Milk. Cook on low stirring frequently. Add Parmesan Cheese, salt, pepper, basil, garlic.
Add Peas and Prosciutto and cook till heated. Continue cooking until all is combined and hot.
Serve 1 cup whole wheat Penne Pasta
1/4 cup cheese sauce mixture
top with sliced chicken breast.
