Cut peppers open bake or grill burger and add in side pepper with rice and cheese and may add onion red or white,olives if want and spinach leaves in there on top once cooked and piece of tomato in there on top also or inside voila supper.     Burger onion. Tomato spinach. Rice. Olives. Optional :other ingredients as avocado and beans etc.

Directions

Mix ingredients after bake meat put peppers in oven @375° for an hour.
