Ingredients

1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1.0 tsp Garlic powder
1.0 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1.0 medium Cucumber (peeled)
0.5 bag (7-1/2 oz) Tortilla Chips
2.0 cup Baby Spinach (raw)
3.0 cup Iceberg lettuce Marketside classic,lettuce,red cabage,carrots
8.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
8.0 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)
4.0 tbsp Daisy Brand Sour Cream
1.0 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
Brown the ground beef. Drain. Set aside.
If using salad mix, empty into bowl. Tear spinach into smaller pieces. Add to bowl.
Peel and chop cucumber, add to bowl.
Add ground beef. Stir with large wooden spoon. Add cheese. Mix. Crush Tortilla chips over salad, stir. Repeat until you have desired amount of chips. Stir all together.
Scoop out three cups of mixture into plate or bowl. Add 4 TBSP sour cream. Or desired amount.
Toss lightly. Eat and enjoy.
