Introduction

Ingredients

    1 16oz Frozen Fresh northwest Blend Vegetables
    4.0 cups (yield from 1 roasted turkey carcass most meat removed) Turkey (dark meat)
    About 1 gallon water which should yeild aprox
    16.0 cup turkey stock, home-prepared
    Smoked salt
    Red curry powder
    Pepper

Directions

Add turkey carcas to large 12qt stock pot. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 4 hours. Strain, reserving liquid. Remove meat from bones and add meat and liquid back to the pot. Bring to a boil add 1 16oz package frozen mixed veg of your choice. I used northwest blend from Sams Club. Boil 5 minutes, cool a bit and add smoked salt, pepper, and red curry to taste. Serving Size: Makes 24 1cup servings
