This is a cheese-cake like dessert. Use any flavored geletin you like. I sprinkles some sugar free cookie crumbs on top. This is a cheese-cake like dessert. Use any flavored geletin you like. I sprinkles some sugar free cookie crumbs on top.
Number of Servings: 8

    1 cup boiling water
1 small envelope sugar free flavored geletin (Such as Jell-O)
1 6 oz container greek style yogurt (such as Fage) - you can also use plain nonfat yogurt, just strain it first until it's thick and creamy
2 8oz packages Low Fat cream cheese
    2 Tbl Splenda to taste

Mix gelatin with boiling water until disolved. Mix in yogurt and cream cheese until thoroughly mixed together - be patient, it takes a lot of mixing. Add splenda to taste.
Let set at least 4 hours or over night. Garnish with fruit, sugar free cookie crumbs or whipped cream. (these are not included in stats).

  • This is so good. I made mine with sugar free Lemon Jello, and I had the light cream cheese, but realized I forgot to buy another one, I needed 2. I had a weight watcher whipped tube of 8oz lite, and it worked perfect. sugar free cookie crumbs on top. WONDERFUL! - 6/22/12

  • I love this when I am doing low carb diets. It needs to be made in a blender to avoid a mess and I like to use lemon or lime jello as it kind of tastes like a cream pie filling. Thanks for sharing! - 10/4/10

  • Used only 1 pkg cream cheese (microwaved to soften) added the yogurt, then the dissolved jello/water gradually, so it didn't need much mixing. Used 2 gm (4t) Splenda & added 4 servings of Benefiber. In a square glass pan, 9 servings = each 96 cal, less fat & sodium, more carbs (due to Benefiber.) - 7/22/10
