Introduction

Made from scratch with Japanese sticky rice. Made from scratch with Japanese sticky rice.

Ingredients

    1 serving Egg, large
    1 tbsp Hormel Bacon Bits
    2 tbsp Lite Soy Sauce, divided
    1 cup White Rice, medium grain, cooked

Tips

You can add any fresh or canned vegetable. May need to add another egg when adding other items.


Directions

Spray bottom of pan with cooking spray. Put bacon bits in pan and warm about 1 minute. Add egg and rice. Mix well while cooking on medium high heat. Add soy sauce 1 tbsp at a time while mixing.
