    16 oz Trader Joes, Plain non fat yogurt
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    2 fruit (2" dia) Limes
    1.5 cup, without pits Sweet Cherries




1. Take out pits from cherries and pulse in food processor until only tiny cherry pieces are left showing.
2. Measure out 1 and 1/2 cups of cherries from processor and put cherries and 1/2 cup of sugar in a bowl and mix together.
3. Zest lime to get 1 teaspoon, and place in bowl with the cherries.
4. Cut limes in half and juice with manual juicer to get 1 tablespoon, place in cherry bowl.
5. Add 2 cups of non fat yogurt into cherry bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
6. Mix all ingredients well together.
7. Put plastic wrap over the top of the bowl and place in freezer.
8. Let sit in freezer for 2 hours then mix well.
9. Put back in freezer and let sit over night.
10. Take out next day and enjoy!
