Ingredients

    1 cup Beans, black
    1.5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh
    1 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    2 cup, sliced Mangos
    1 serving Diced Pineapple (small can) (by KRISTAHUGHES1)
    9 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    1 serving Vita's Low Carb Tortilla, 7" Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla

Directions

1.) Tie back hair, Put on apron, Wash hands
2.) Gather equipment
3.) Gather ingredients
4.) Drain all the ingredients that are in cans to halfway
5.) Mix all of it together in a small bowl then gently toss.
6.) Cut whole wheat tortilla and cut in 1/8 then put in microwave on a paper towel and plate till cruchy.

Serving Size: makes 14 bowls of salsa
