    0.75 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
    0.75 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    3.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    12.0 tsp Truvia Baking Blend Natural Sweetener with Sugar - serving size 1/2 tsp (2g)

Directions

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt Combine all other ingredients except cranberries in a separate bowl Fold in cranberries Bake at 350° Serving Size: 1 muffin

    Airy, not dry, tart (from the cranberries). Maybe not as sweet as I tend to like my muffins, but still good - 12/19/16
