    5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    4 tbsp Great Value Apple Sauce Unsweetend (by LARRYLJE)
    5 tbsp Aunt Sues Raw Wild Natural Honey
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    5 oz Semi-dried Green Figs - Trader Joe's (Chopped)
    2 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup
    5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

Tips

Any flavor craisins or raisins can be used, or even mini chocolate chips to your tastes. These freeze great, store in fridge and I warm for 20sec in microwave for service.


Directions

Preheat oven to 380 degrees f.
bake 21 minutes
cool on rack
