    5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    1400 grams Potato, raw
    1400 grams Cabbage, red, fresh
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Salt
    1600 grams Ham, regular (11% fat)
    8 cup Beef Broth

Tips

Serve it fresh and freeze the extra in serving size freezer containers for quick and easy meals.


Directions

Place the ham, potatoes, diced tomatoes in a large stock pot with the beef broth. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add salt, pepper and diced cabbage. Add extra beef broth if necessary. Simmer for 10 more minutes, then serve fresh and freeze left overs in individual freezer containers for easy meals.
