Ingredients

    1 tbsp Countryside Creamery Unsalted Butter - Aldi's
    1 serving Happy Farms Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
    1 serving Jalapeno 1/2 Pepper ~ chopped
    2 serving Simply Nature Organic Large Brown Eggs
    1 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw - chopped

Directions

Medium Heat ~ 1 tbsp butter in pan
add scallions and jalapenos, saute till translucent
crack eggs on top, add salt/ pepper and half of the cheese cook few mins
then flip add rest of cheese cook few mins or desired doneness
