Ingredients

    24 tsp Oil, Mazola, 100% Canola (by LORI_IN_NB)
    4 tbsp Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar (by TRICOTINE)
    0.125 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Honey Dijon Mustard (President's Choice) (by KNOTTYRYE)
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar

Tips

canola oil = 1/2 cup (24 tsp)
balsamic vinegar = 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)

I use vinegar from a specialty shop that sources products from Veronica Foods Company in Oakland, CA.

Excellent on baby spinach, baby romaine, field greens, etc.. Add some crumbled feta cheese, toasted pumpkin &/or sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, or fresh berries.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a salad dressing jar/bottle (with lid); store in fridge when not in use.

Serving Size: makes approximately 16 tablespoons of dressing
