Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef ,2 chopped oinions,2 chopped tomatoes, 1 16 ounce bag mexican chesse, 1 large can red kidney beans , 1 12 ounce jar salsa, 1 head lettuce, 1 bag corn chips, 1 package taco seasoning, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup thousand island dressing

Directions

cook ground beef or can use chicken until fully done. cook kidney beans until tender, chop remaining ingredients. place in bowl. crunch corn chips ,do not add until ready to serve. when ready to seve mix all ingredients together including corn chips. sprinle with chesse. top with sour cream as desired serves 15 people. 1 cup servings
