Ingredients

    8 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    1.5 cup Beef stock, home-prepared
    1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    2 tsp Thyme, fresh
    2 tbsp Rosemary
    1 clove Garlic
    .5 serving Beef Stew Seasoning Mix (by HONEYBEEZ)
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black

Tips

can also be done in a dutch oven. Preheat your oven to 300. Brown each side of the roast in a large dutch oven, then remove and lightly cook the onions, carrots, and garlic. Add the potatoes and put the roast on top. add all liquids to the pot then add the spices. cover and place in 300* oven for 2 hours.


Directions

Lay all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low 6 hrs.
