    1/2 cup BUTTERMILK Mayfield Farms Reduced Fat
    1/2 cup GREEK YOGURT, FAT FREE, FAGE
    1/4 cup SUGAR, RAW CANE
    1 cup BANANAS, VERY RIPE, MASHED

    1.5 cups FLOUR, WHOLE WHEAT PASTRY FLOUR, BOB'S RED MILL
    .75 tsp BAKING POWDER, REDUCED SODIUM, ALUMINUM FREE
    .75 tsp BAKING SODA, PURE ARM & HAMMER
    1 tsp STEVIA LIQUID
    1 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT, PURE

Tips

EGGS CAN BE ADDED FOR A LIGHTER BATTER. ALSO CAN BE FROSTED WITH LIGHT CREAM CHEESE ICING.


Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES AND LINE CUPCAKE PAN
IN HEAVY MIXER, CREAM TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE, YOGURT, HALF & HALF AND SUGAR. ADD VANILLA & STEVIA . WHISK TOGETHER FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA & SALT. ADD BUTTERMILK, BANANAS & FLOUR MIXTURE, ALTERNATELY ON LOW SPEED UNTIL WELL COMBINED. DIVIDE BATTER INTO 12 CUPCAKE LINED PAN. BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES.
