Ingredients

    1.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    20.0 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)
    3.0 medium Carrots, raw
    2.0 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Parsley
    1.0 cup Spinach, fresh
    1.5 cup, sliced Zucchini
    4.0 oz Beef, bottom round
    1.0 serving Birdseye's Brussel Sprouts-10 brussels sprouts
    1.0 cup cauliflower fresh
    1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    32.0 oz Pacific organic Bone Broth, chicken
    1.0 tbsp Salt
    0.5 tbsp Pepper, black
    3.0 tsp Garlic

Directions

Sauté all harder veggies (carrots, onions and celery). In a separate pan, brown the beef. Add the bone broth & beef broth to the veggies, then add the softer veggies, leaving the leafy veggies for last. Add the beef to the veggie broth mixture & simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook to desired taste. Serving Size: Makes 8 bowls
