    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Organic Coconut Flour (2 tbsp serving) (by ADDICTED2DONUTS)
    1 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
    .12 tsp Baking Powder
    1 dash Salt
    1 1tsp Coconut Oil

Directions

Grease ramekin or mug with coconut oil; mix all other ingredients well; put dough in greased ramekin. Microwave for 1 minute on high.
