16 oz Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage (by JRABEAUTIFUL)
12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
.5 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)
.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
8 oz Cheese-shredded pepperjack 28 gm=1oz=1/4 cup (by CAROLYN710)
.5 tsp Salt
.25 tsp Garlic powder
.25 tsp Black Pepper, Ground (by 16HEATHER)

Directions
Preheat over to 350. Lightly grease muffin tin or use tin foil baking cups. Brown sausage, prepare peppers, onions, mushrooms while oven is preheating.
Beat eggs in medium sized bowl. Mix in all ingredients well. Scoop into muffin tins (dividing equally to 12 muffins). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes (make sure eggs are done).
