Introduction
A keto replacement for oatmeal. This is thick and filling and satisfying. I like it with English Toffee Stevia drops and a dash of Himalayan salt. My mother, who won't eat alternative sweeteners, eats hers with berries and cream. A keto replacement for oatmeal. This is thick and filling and satisfying.
